It's about time I updated my blog! What a whirl wind of months! Life has been busy and the only thing we can do about it is go with the flow! I am officially 34 weeks and growing! We are so excited for our little boy to come into our family and we need to get more prepared! I've been working 3-4 days a week as I try to get in as many hours as I can to get my National Speech Language Pathology Certification before this baby comes! Poor Ellie is getting a little too used to going to the baby sitter's house but as soon as this little guy comes life will change because I am becoming a full time STAY AT HOME MOM! YEAH!!! I can't wait!
Christmas for us was great. We spent our first Christmas morning at home and it was so nice. Ellie received probably 5 wrapped gifts but once she got her two favorites she didn't even take the time to open the others!.First, she got a little kitchen which she LOVES! (she is still telling people at church that she got a kitchen for Christmas). She also received a box of fruit snacks. Yep, I just wrapped up a box of her favorite fruit snacks and honestly nothing else mattered for the entire day! She just walked around all day with her princess fruit snacks under her arm. She was cracking us up. We honestly adore this little girl who totally manipulates us (we are still working on this). Naturally, we made the rounds to the Grandparents, church, and made time for a nap. It really could not have been a more peaceful, perfect day.
And yes Ellie is Potty Trained-ish. We still have a few issues here and there but this lady will do just about anything for a fruit snack! You go girl!
